The interior of the cottage is an unusual yet harmonious space which has been distinctively furnished and decorated. Our criterion has been to create a space where we ourselves would like to stay. |

There are two bedrooms each with a comfortable king-size bed. In addition there is an inviting sleeping alcove for children up to the age of around 12. Additional accommodation is available for a supplement of £50 in a Mongolian style yurt furnished with a ¾ bed.

In addition to two open fires and a wood burner the cottage has a modern central heating system. An initial supply of logs and coal is provided. The kitchen has been recently refitted with new cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge etc. The bathroom has both bath and shower cubicle and a separate loo.

The cottage is connected to the main farmhouse and smallholding. It is set in an expanse of farmland with access to woodland, lake and a network of public footpaths. It has its own private garden but it is close to the activities of the smallholding, with pigs, sheep, hens and a farm shop.
